Coyolxāuhqui Transformation Hologram (8.5 x 10 card stock print)

$22.00

This image is made to support people (especially women, two spirit and queer people) in activating deep rooted personal transformation. It is inspired by the stories of Coyolxāuhqui and Coatlicue, both powerful women spirits in the Mexica tradition.

Both divine feminine energies are associated with sacrifice and beheading. This image interprets the stories as a type of self-beheading in the style of a traditional Mexica codex. Most Mexica codecies were burned or hidden during colonization. This image represents a larger practice of Xi’im Ek Balam to re-imagine and evolve Mexica codecies through ceremonial practices. The image depicted here was received as a vision in ceremony and represents a self beheading of the ego to allow the energy of the Great Earth Mother to move through the woman depicted more fully and beautifully.

This image can be placed at an alter or workspace and meditated upon daily as you undergo deep transformation in service of the earth and all of creation.

The purchase of this alter card comes with a digital download of a digital meditation to activate the artwork as a supportive force on your journey of self transformation.

Price includes the cost of shipping (only available to US addresses). All purchases are blessed in sage or cedar from the Black Hills (a Dakota/ Lakota sacred site) and stamped with a lino cut of Ajaw (the Mayan creation energy).

Please allow 2-3 business days for follow up and digital introduction to our community.
